For 2025, Toyota has refined the RAV4 lineup by discontinuing the Adventure and TRD Off-Road trims.

What Are the 2025 RAV4 Trims & Features?

The 2025 RAV4 is available in four trims: LE, XLE, XLE Premium, and Limited. Even the base LE model is well-equipped, featuring an 8.0-inch Toyota Audio Multimedia touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Additional standard features include LED headlights, a six-speaker audio system, and comfortable cloth seating.

Moving up to the XLE trim adds more convenience, such as dual-zone automatic climate control and an eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat. The Smart Key System with push-button start allows for easy access and ignition.

For a more refined look and feel, the XLE Premium trim enhances the interior with SofTex seating surfaces and adds exclusive 19-inch alloy wheels. This model also includes a power liftgate and a power tilt/slide sunroof for an extra touch of luxury.

At the top of the lineup, the RAV4 Limited delivers premium features such as an 11-speaker JBL audio system, heated and ventilated front seats, and a fully digital gauge cluster. It also comes with a larger 10.5-inch touchscreen and a hands-free power liftgate for added convenience.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2025 RAV4 Have?

The 2025 RAV4 is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, producing 203 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission ensures smooth and efficient power delivery. Drivers can customize their experience with three selectable drive modes: Normal, Eco, and Sport. For improved traction, an optional all-wheel-drive system is available.
