The purpose of this e-mail was to showcase the customer service of the North Park dealership highlighting Mr. Cipriano Sierra. I contacted Cipriano regarding a particular 2021 Highlander Hybrid which according to my research was 1 of 2 in the state of Texas in mid-April. As you are aware, supply chain issues were and still are prominent when pursuing a purchase of a special vehicle make.
The level of service that Cipriano provided by responding to my requests and questions exceeded my expectations. Below are some of the examples of Cipriano extraordinary service beyond the typical Toyota sales activities of thoroughly explaining the vehicle package, warranties and pricing:
- He took pictures of specific features of the Highlander and sent them to me via e-mail as I was purchasing a vehicle remotely from Houston. He did this twice during the sales process
- Expedited the processing of my credit information
- Facilitated the discussion with Patrick in the dealership Finance Department
- Because I had a limited time due to business commitments, Cipriano made arrangements for delivery of the vehicle to my Houston residence at the requested time!
- Coordinated the final transaction for vehicle purchase including follow-up on ensuring that I was satisfied with the whole purchase process
What really impressed me with Cipriano is how responsive he was in replying to my needs. He really hustled in providing me responses. He was very direct. The whole buying experience was a pleasure.
In fact we are now asking him to look for a 2021 RAV-4 Hybrid.
