The Toyota Prius does not get many changes for the 2022 model year, but it is still at the top of its game. 2022 Prius Trims & Features

The 2022 Toyota Prius comes in six trims. The base trim level, which is the L Eco, has plenty of standard amenities. A user-friendly touchscreen with a visible display screen, smartphone integration, Amazon Alexa, and Apple CarPlay is standard with this trim. The second trim adds Android Auto as well. All trims of the Toyota Prius can seat a maximum of five individuals, and there is plenty of space in the cargo area for your belongings. With over 50 cubic feet in storage capacity, the Prius can easily stash your personal belongings and everyday items in the back. A push-button ignition is included with the Toyota Prius in 2022, and it also has a Smart Key System. A climate control system and a pollen filter are also standard. An Intelligent Parking Assist system is added to the LE, which also has some additional safety amenities and adds a multi-information display with a 4.2-inch screen. The LE also comes in an electronic all-wheel drive version with the same features, plus fog lights and more LED lighting elements. The XLE and XLE with electronic all-wheel drive come next. The XLE has two-tone covers for the wheels, and it upgrades to larger 17-inch alloys. Wireless smartphone charging is added to the XLE and XLE-AWDe. The all-wheel drive trim level of the XLE has heated front seats finished with SofTex material, and the driver's seat can adjust in up to six ways. The top Prius trim in 2022 is the Limited, which gets automatic lights, an 11.6-inch display, and navigation.

All trims of the Prius use the same mechanical setup, which is an electric motor and engine that produce over 120 HP. The Prius has a standard automatic transmission and the choice of front-wheel drive or electronic all-wheel drive.

The 2022 Prius comes with blind-spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, rear cross-traffic alert, and automatic emergency braking. Road sign assist is standard, and all but the base trim have parking sensors.
