Toyota Corolla Maintenance Schedule
We understand that you may be nervous about finding a service department to take your Toyota Corolla to for routine maintenance and repairs. After all, this is a significant investment that you've made. To make you feel more comfortable, North Park Toyota has a staff of some of the most knowledgeable technicians in the area. We recommend following the Toyota Corolla service intervals that are outlined in your owner's manual, but we can also help you come up with a convenient schedule.
Service Frequency for Your Corolla
Your owner's manual will specifically list all of the different maintenance items that your vehicle needs during its lifetime. Your owner's manual is written specifically with your vehicle in mind, considering the year it was manufactured and the trim level.
15,000-Mile Service
A vehicle's cooling system is essential when it comes to keeping a handle on your engine's internal temperature. We recommend that this system gets inspected at the 15,000-mile point to ensure that you have proper coolant levels. We also check for loose connections or damage. Inspection of your exhaust system will determine if emissions are being adequately moved away from your vehicle and toned down by the muffler. Rest assured that your brakes, pads, rotors, and other internal parts will also be addressed from a safety standpoint.
30,000-Mile Service
Various power levels will be transported to your tires by way of a differential if this is something that your Toyota Corolla is equipped with. Replacing your engine air filter will protect your engine while ensuring efficiency. We also replace the air filter for your cabin, so you're breathing in healthy and clean air while you drive. Fuel systems are checked for any signs of wear or corrosion.
60,000-Mile Service
Transferring power to various areas of your vehicle is accomplished through your drive belts. Belts are commonly affected by the regular wear and tear of driving, so we inspect them regularly. We will also look at your transmission fluid to see if it needs to be drained and replaced.
100,000-Mile Service
Congratulations on keeping your vehicle in good shape to the point of 100,000 miles! To celebrate this occasion and to keep your vehicle running, we will replace your coolant levels, which break down at about this point if it hasn't been replaced yet. We will also talk to you about replacing spark plugs if they haven't been changed yet.
If you would like to schedule an appointment for your Toyota Corolla to receive maintenance and service based on the schedule listed above, contact North Park Toyota at your convenience. We look forward to seeing you back at our dealership soon!
