My visit to north park Toyota was awesome. I had Mike Richardson as my sales associate and he totally explains how deal works, and if your not happy he gets to work and works something out till your happy with the monthly payment and interest rate. He is not that kind of sales man that pushes you to buy a vehicle that u don't want or price your not happy with; he in return would suggest what might be better for you and even sometimes encourages you to wait because maybe the following week vehicles might have better incentives to save u money. Because mike has been good to me I have bought a 2011 Tacoma, 2011 venza, and 2012 camry. And have gave him all my family to purchase vehicles from him; I see him more like family he calls to see how I am doing and were fixing to go on a hunting trip together. I highly recommend Mike Richardson to be your next sales associate good man.

My sales experience today has to be the most pleasureable one that I have ever experienced. My salesman AJ Ortiz, has to be the most patient salesperson ever. He had to jump through hoops to get me what I wanted. Not only did he get what I wanted and LISTENED to all my needs but he also did it on his day off. I called him earlier in the day to tell him I was coming in when I heard some noise in the background I asked if he was at work. He was finally playing a round of golf and stopped to come help me. Absolutely amazing!!!! 5 stars all the way. After carefully looking at all of the dealerships surrounding San Antonio and in hunt of the BEST deal; I decided to go with North Park Toyota and let me explain why. Spending nearly a month and half looking for a NEW Tacoma and all the options I could obtain, without going overboard seemed like a daunting task. North Park Toyota was the only dealership that was not pushy, not blood hungry, or even a tad bit aggressive in any way. My sales associate Connie from the start (which I strongly suggest you see) showed professionalism throughout our conversation. In fact, after I gave my spill on what options I wanted, the colors, extras, different type of accessories, and the list goes on and on. As you?re well aware sometimes the dealer gets a little frustrated when it comes to offers and incentives and when debating on what you want. But Ms Connie went beyond that, no pressure attitude; constantly keeping me informed every step of the way. Hands down the best dealership I have ever been to. So, my advice I know this may seem kind of cheesy, but don?t waste your time or gas searching for the best deal, it?s just not worth it. Talk to Connie, and she?ll get it done.

When I told my family that we will get a new vehicle this summer, everyone becomes excited. My 18-year old son right away search a dealership with a good rating and review. He found NORTH PARK TOYOTA, 10703 SW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX. We're from a valley. To get to San Antonio, it will take two-hour drive. So, we drove. When we reached the area, a tall gentleman (Mr. Marquez) approached us politely. He immediately showed us the vehicle we like. He answered diligently all questions I asked. And he did all his best to find a financier for me. After few hours of wait, my loan was approved, and they even looked for a Black Sienna in other dealership, just to meet the exterior color we want. The second day we came back. We traveled through a Greyhound bus. Mr. Marquez volunteered to fetch us from the station. And although, at first there was a slight problem on the papers, Mr. Acosta helped a lot to solve it. Then I signed the contract. And now me and my family are enjoying our new min-van. I highly recommend this dealership. The rates and reviews are all accurate, their service is excellent, and to top it all, their price is reasonable. I'm a satisfied customer.
